Additional notes:
a) I did not film this, nor do I condone the bizarre practice of filming in portrait.
b) The 'Fail' in the title comes from the original video title 'Tuba Scream Fail'. This is merely an edit of the original video, so I opted to keep a reference to the original title in my title. I do not condone the misuse of the word 'Fail'.
c) The biggest fail in the comments section to date is the fact that people are more concerned with the misuse of the word 'Fail' than they are with the bizarre practice of filming in portrait (refer to section a).
d) That scream!
