As part of its new menu, Peppers Pub in Market Square kicked off an "Incredibly Hot Wing Challenge". For $20, challengers can attempt to eat three plates of incredibly hot wings, with each plate getting progressively hotter. Seasoned pepperheads may get through round one but it takes a special kind of tolerance to attempt round two. Round three is just beyond words. Complete it though, and your name is engraved on the Peppers Pub Wall of Fame.
